What areas do you cover?

In-person sessions are available across South Wales. Areas include but are not limited to Cardiff, Pontypridd, Llantrisant, Bridgend and Merthyr.

Remote sessions are also available if you live further afield.

What physical spaces can you help me with?

Anywhere! Whether you have an overflowing wardrobe, your kitchen is cluttered, a messy office or you just need a full house reset, I can help.

My methods involve the same principals that can be used in all areas of your home.

Do I have to get rid of everything?

NO. I will not pressure you to part with anything that you don’t want to.

We can work together to address your main concerns and see what remedies I can offer you. Whether it is a simple declutter here and there, or possibly just a re-organise to larger scale clear outs.

How long does a session last?

For in-person sessions, the minimum required session is 3 hours. You can increase this hourly if needed. I recommend no longer that 5 hours at a time, as decluttering and organising can be both physically and emotionally overwhelming.

Remote sessions are a minimum of 2 hours, that can be increased hourly if required.

How much does it cost?

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes! A free 30 minute consultation is absolutely necessary so we can have a chat and see what areas you may need help with, if you have any additional needs, what methods you may have already tried etc. Please get in touch to arrange your free consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

How long is a piece of string? It depends entirely on each individual and the space. My role is to teach you methods that you can continue to use over and over. I can help by boosting your motivation and supporting you, but at the end of the day the decisions made will be up to you.

Can you work around my busy schedule?

Absolutely. My core hours are between 9am and 5pm, 6pm-9pm. However, I am flexible and willing you adapt this to suit your needs, wherever possible. I also offer appointments on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Do you offer a payment plan or packages?

I don’t offer a payment plan, but I can work with you to create a bespoke package if you require a longer or regular service.

I have ADHD / Autism or get easily overwhelmed.

Don’t worry! I pride myself in offering inclusive services available to everyone. We can work together at your own pace and take breaks if you need them. We can take a moment to discuss the overwhelm or take 5 minutes if you need a break.

I’ve decluttered, now what do I do with my items?

There are so many options available for discarding items, whether it’s recycling, charity shops or collections, selling unwanted items. Visit the mindful decluttering section of my website for helpful suggestions. (Mindful Decluttering will open in a new tab).

I’m also more than happy to fill my car with as much as possible, to discard for you.

Will you check in with me after our session?

Of course. Aftercare is so important in this journey and I will be there to help in any way I can.
